Customers reviews
Gloss House had a website but it was not driving enough traffic. They wanted us to help with SEO and add pages for different types of services.
First we assessed why their previous website was not ranking on Google and then rebuilt it using WordPress with WooCommerce. In addition to creating a well- structured online shop, we also did keyword research and then wrote and designed pages to rank for the right keywords. To increase the traffic that the website got even more, we also provided advice on social media strategy that focused on increasing the hits they got from there.
Both Gloss House’s website and social media pages are putting them in front of their target audience.

Having just moved from a food truck to a restaurant, V-Face was looking for a website to get their word out there. They came to us with great ideas for branding, user interface, and functionalities.
We worked together to bring all of their innovative ideas to life, which meant designing and developing a completely bespoke website!
Now, V-Face has a website that stands out from the competition and appeals to their targer audience. People can use it to book a table, order click and collect, or order delivery.

As an established medical device company experiencing rapid expansion, Trinzo Medical Device reached out to us looking for support developing their digital roadmap. They needed to develop scalability, drive efficiency across their virtual team, and build a sales and marketing strategy to deliver on their ambitious growth plans.
After analysing their existing processes, technology stack, and challenges, we developed a suite of observations and specific recommendations. We designed a 3-year digital roadmap with their specific targets in mind from a people, finance and technology perspective, including ways to enhance their digital customer experience that had not been identified previously. We did not name specific brands, but shared attributes and features the firm should focus on and recommended areas where they can rationalise on existing technology, saving money.
With a strategy focused on streamlining processes and delivering efficiency across their team, Trinzo Medical Device is ready for the next steps in their expansion.
Digital transformation
Digitaliser conducted a full review of our business through the Enterprise Ireland Digitalisation scheme. They designed a digital strategy that will streamline our business processes in a number of identified areas, driving efficiency & saving us time. They specified areas we needed to prioritise for digitalisation and where we need to focus longer term to help scale the business. They identified where technology in use today was surplus to requirements and outlined multi-purpose cloud-based functionality we should consider that will be more cost-effective. We now have a clearer vision for where we need to go from a digital perspective. We would be happy to recommend the team at Digitaliser.
Shorla Oncology Pharmaceutical was a start-up with ambitious growth and international expansion plans who seeked support with designing a digital roadmap that would help them deliver on their goals.
Through collaborative sessions, we conducted a detailed analysis of their existing technology, processes, and digital presence. Then we collated our observations and recommendations. Finally, we delivered a detailed digital transformation report, a 3-year digital roadmap, and a proposed end-state infrastructure. Whilst we did not name a particular technology stack, we provided a steer on the features to focus on when researching platforms.
Shorla Oncology Pharmaceutical now has a clear digital roadmap to implement over the next three years, with cost-effective features that will solve their pain points and integrate well with their existing technology.
Digital transformation
Ivan and the team at Digitaliser supported Shorla by conducting a review of the business under the Enterprise Ireland Digitalisation Voucher programme. The process was hugely valuable to us as Digitaliser were able to identify systems integrations not in use in the business today, saving us time and removing manual processes. They suggested enhancements we can leverage for our virtual team and provided an end- state systems infrastructure we can work towards as the business grows. I would not hesitate to recommend Digitaliser to support your digital review.
Stretch It Yoga was an expanding business ready to add online classes to their offerings and to take on corporate clients. They wanted to take their DIY brand to the next level and have us completely redo it.
We started by coming up with a new brand strategy that matched the business and spoke to its target audience. Then create their new logo. Once both of those were nailed down, we used them to create their new website and also artwork for their social media pages.
Stretch It Yoga now has a consistent brand that looks professional and attracts clients of all sizes. Moving to online classes worked out so well for them that they kept them up even afte their in-person classes were allowed to resume.
Alpha Signs Manufacturing approached us as an established family-led manufacturing firm with plans for European expansion. They needed support with developing scalability, driving efficiency to support increased volumes, and enhancing their digital customer experience.
We started by conducting an in-depth analysis of their current situation, including processes, digital presence, technology stack, challenges experienced by the business, growth opportunities, and specific company goals. Based on our findings, we provided a detailed report, a 3-year digital roadmap, and the proposed end-state technology infrastructure. We did not name specific brands, but advised on systems’ features and attributes they should focus on.
Alpha Signs Manufacturing’s strategy was designed to deliver on the growth plans outlined by the leadership team, to reduce manual processes, increase productivity, and to really support the business to grow at scale, many aspects of which had not been considered previously by the organisation. They are ready for the future!
Digital transformation
We approached Digitaliser to work with us on the Enterprise Ireland Digitalisation voucher because of their experience ‘digitalising’ medium-size enterprises. The team gave us really valuable feedback across all areas of the business, suggested ways we can drive efficiencies in our processes, enhance our overall digital customer experience (website, social media, customer journey) and streamline & integrate technology within Alpha. Their presentation was really clear and we have a comprehensive report to use as we move forward. We are early in our digital transformation journey and the advice received from the team at Digitaliser is extremely valuable. We are looking forward to implementing the strategy outlined by the team and driving further expansion into Europe. I’d be delighted to recommend Digitaliser.
Dr. O’Dwyer was looking to launch her new business. It was essential for us to clarify the difference between her job at Rotunda Hospital and this private endeavour. She shared with us a couple of brands for inspiration and had a few requirements. The brand had to be appealing to a female audience, clean, without a lot of white to avoid looking too clinical, and no dark colours or negativity.
We worked together to create a brand that matched the client’s requirements and appealed to her target audience. Then we created a logo and put it all together in her new website. We also helped her set up for success on social media, making sure her brand stayed consistent across channels.
A consistent bright and clean brand that builds trust with Dr. O’Dwyer’s prospect clients before they even get in touch with her!
Logo design and branding
Ivan created a website that captured the look and message I wanted. I was so happy with my experience working with Digitaliser.
Cronin Falvey Properties was a brand new business in property management. Its services were going to grow over time so it was essential that their brand worked for more than just property management. It had to look professional, yet friendly, and somewhat similar to other property companies, yet also different enough to stand out.
We came up with branding that matched the requirements, then designed their logo, and finally implemented both when designing their new website. We also helped create new social media pages and make sure their brand stayed consistent across them.
Cronin Falvey Properties now has a consistent brand that showcases who they are while leaving space for them to grow!
Ormsby & Rhodes were looking for help creating an online presence that attracted more graduates to join the company.
After refreshing their brand and designing a new logo, we built them a website that appeals to their target audience. Once their website was up and running, we moved on to social media, meeting regularly to strategise and keeping their social media updated with regular posts that tied into their website and worked together towards their goals.
In addition to a consistent brand and a functional website, Ormsby & Rhodes also has an active social media presence that they do not have to worry about apart from the regular meetings with us to align on strategy. They can focus on their business knowing everything related to their online presence is being taken care of!
Petit Avenue already had a website but they were not happy with their ranking on Google and needed us to revamp it to attract more clients and therefore sell more products.
We started this project by researching the keywords that suited this business better. Then, we rebuilt their Shopify website to make sure it ranked on Google for those keywords. We also provided advice for social media, managed Facebook ad campaigns, and implemented newsletter sign up forms on their revamped website.
Petit Avenue’s website now ranks highly on Google for the right keywords and, with our support, the rest of her online presence is also working towards her goals.
Negar Farah was eager to start her new coaching business, but was missing a website to promote it.
We developed a brand for the business and then built them a WordPress brochure website with a booking system, newsletter sign up forms, downloadables to collect contacts, and seamless integration with WhatsApp.
Negar Farah now has a working website where new clients can find her and through which she can build her contact list over time!
A new fashion brand, Stoffa came to us looking for a website to sell their products to a wide online audience.
We created an ecommerce WordPress website with WooCommerce. When it came to design, we went for a minimalist style with visual elements that showcased the quality of the pieces.
Stoffa now has a simple and beautiful online store where they can sell their products without compromising their aesthetic and identity.
Brain Tumor Ireland already had a website but it was clunky, with too much information that was not easy to navigate and understand.
We built a new WordPress website with structured, digestable information and links to find out more. Accessibility was a top priority, with the implementation of an array of additional functionalities that make sure everyone can learn about the cause.
A more user-friendly website that Brain Tumor Ireland can use not only to share useful information but also to collect donations and sell products.
Thyme Out had no online presence when we started working together. They relied on their physical store sales, which became less reliable due to the restrictions of the pandemic.
We designed and developed an ecommerce WordPress website, using WooCommerce, to sell online and to entice more people to go to their physical store.
In addition to being able to sell their individual products online, Thyme Out has since also been able to introduce innovative ways of selling them (e.g. Christmas hampers) that people may not have seen before and that appeal to their new online audience.
Louise Cooney already had a personal website but needed one to sell the products of her new activewear brand, Cloo.
We designed a Shopify website with all the ecommerce functionalities that a modern fashion brand needs, including gift cards and newsletter sign up forms. We were also there for the launch of Cloo, supporting them in making their new website and social media pages work together.
Cloo has a working website where they can sell their products. They are still going strong after one year in business!
